6-Session Program

The Play Better Series

A comprehensive six-session program designed to identify and practice the key behaviors that improve performance and lower scores on the golf course.

1. Evaluation

A detailed evaluation of your golf game — either an in-depth assessment at the practice facility or an optional 9- or 18-hole on-course evaluation. The instructor will assess your strengths and areas for improvement, determining the focus of the next four sessions.

2. First Suggested Lesson

The foundation of the Play Better Series. This lesson addresses the most critical skill or behavior identified during the evaluation. A specialist may lead this or any subsequent session if appropriate.

3. Second Suggested Lesson

Building on the first session, this lesson focuses on integrating and reinforcing the material covered previously. Together, these two lessons form the core strategies essential for improving scores.

4. Third Suggested Lesson

This lesson introduces a simpler skill or technique that complements the previous two lessons. It requires less time to master, with no more than 20% of practice time dedicated to it, but is crucial to the overall success of the program.

5. Fourth Suggested Lesson

This session may be a structured lesson or an alternative form of instruction, as determined by the instructor. Its purpose is to solidify the key behaviors and techniques that contribute to better scoring and consistent play.

6. Final Evaluation

The final session mirrors the format of the initial evaluation to compare progress. If a traditional evaluation isn't necessary, this session can instead be used as an additional lesson, tailored to address your specific needs.

Sessions are scheduled no more than two weeks apart to maintain progress.
