Kevin's journey began with a simple yet profound vision: to create a community where believers could grow spiritually while developing their careers and making meaningful contributions to the world around them. In 1996, he founded the PIC Association with this mission at its core.
With over 25 years of experience in both ministry and business, Kevin has uniquely positioned himself to understand the challenges faced by Christian professionals who want to integrate their faith with their careers. His background spans corporate consulting, technical writing, ministry leadership, and entrepreneurship.
1996 - Foundation of PIC Association
Established PIC Association with the vision of bridging faith and professional excellence.
2000 - For Your Glory Ministry Launch
Created the weekly spiritual fellowship that has since become the heart of the association.
2010 - Corporate Training Division
Expanded services to include professional development and business consulting.
2020 - Global Digital Expansion
Took the association global through virtual platforms and online training programs.
