Under this model, the PIC Association actively represents the organization by presenting its sponsorship opportunity a minimum of four times per year at the beginning of each quarter to qualified corporate prospects within PIC's established sponsorship portfolio. These predetermined relationships provide immediate access and consistent exposure to decision makers who are already familiar with the sponsorship process.

In addition to quarterly presentations, this package includes ongoing monthly consultation to prepare the organization to communicate effectively, qualify opportunities, and deliver with confidence. A senior consultant leads presentations on behalf of the organization—both to PIC's corporate contacts and, when appropriate, to the organization's own prospects—bringing experience not only in presenting, but in closing.

This hands-on representation increases the likelihood of meaningful engagement and stronger closing ratios over time. Because of the customized nature of this engagement, additional considerations may apply for extended timelines or specialized presentation requirements.
